Welcome to snapiq ("snapiq," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the snapiq web and mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Description of the Service
snapiq is an AI-powered receipt and invoice scanning and organization platform. The Service allows users to upload receipts, invoices, and related documents; extract and analyze information using OCR and AI technologies; categorize transactions; and view insights for personal or business use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use snapiq. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or use of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. User Content
4.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of all documents, images, and data you upload to snapiq ("User Content").
4.2 License to snapiq
By using the Service, you grant snapiq a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:
- Store, process, analyze, and display your User Content
- Use AI and OCR services to extract and categorize data
This license exists solely to operate and improve the Service and ends when your account is deleted, except where retention is required by law.
4.3 Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload content that:
- Is unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Contains malware or harmful code
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service for illegal or abusive purposes
- Interfere with system integrity or security
- Access data that does not belong to you
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and features will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
snapiq uses automated OCR and AI models. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that extracted or categorized data will be error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information before relying on it.
8. Third-Party Services
snapiq may integrate third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, OCR providers, payment processors). We are not responsible for the practices or content of third parties.
9. Termination
You may stop using snapiq at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
Upon termination, your access will end, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold snapiq harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
